Last Call For Seal Tours!
Plus: Amazing Seal Photos by Chris St. Lawrence
Hi there everyone! Just a quick one here to let you know that if you’ve been putting off coming on the seal tours, the final two tours are coming up this Saturday and Sunday at 2:00 PM. This will be your last chance until next winter to come out!
I love leading these trips, so I’m sad to wrap the season up, although we had a pretty wonderful winter, and saw seals on every trip. I’ll reach out soon with dates for other things, including more Classic Harbor Line tours and some information about the second Landlubber paid subscriber outdoor meet up (we’re gonna look at horseshoe crabs!)
The link to book either of these last two seal tours is right here!
A few weeks ago, a talented photographer named Chris St. Lawrence, who works with Gotham Whale and American Princess on their whale watch boats that run out of Sheepshead Bay came out and took some photos of the seals, which he was kind enough to give me permission to share with you. Somehow, he managed to get the Statue of Liberty in the background of one of them! Chris is very knowledgable about the local ocean environment, and if you want to learn more about whales and other local wildlife, and see more of his amazing photographs, you should follow him on instagram here, or on twitter here. I also highly recommend going one of those whale watches, which I make sure to do at least once a year.

More soon!
Russell
